(Order of the court was made by M. Sundar, CJ)

[1] Matter mentioned at 2 P.M.

[2] Captioned matter was referred to Mediation by this Court in

and by an order dated 04.02.2026 and a scanned reproduction of this order

is as follows :

[3] In the light of the aforesaid order, more particularly,

paragraphs 8 to 10 thereat, Registry ought not to have listed captioned

matter before Court today. What the Registry has done is plainly incorrect.

[4] Registrar (Judicial) is directed to put up a note/report in this

regard on the administrative side before the Chief Justice inter-alia fixing

the responsibility.

[5] Be that as it may, in the hearing today, Mr. Deepak Prasad

Sahu, learned counsel for appellant/wife and Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned

senior advocate instructed by Ms. Th. Lekhakumari, learned counsel on

record for respondent/husband are before this Court. Both learned counsel,

on instructions from their respective clients, submit that the appellant and

the respondent would go for mediation day after tomorrow.

[6] Therefore, first mediation sitting shall be on 11.02.2026

(Wednesday) at 2 P.M. The venue shall be the same as in the 04.02.2026

order.

[7] Other than rescheduling of the date, all other aspects of

04.02.2026 order (scanned and reproduced supra) will continue to operate.

[8] List the captioned appeal and captioned MC thereat under

cause list captioned 'FOR MEDIATION REPORT' on 10.03.2026.
