Mr. Boris Laishram, learned counsel representing Mr. Y.

Devadutta, learned conducting counsel for the appellant appeared before

this Court and Mr. Robert, learned Deputy Government Advocate appeared

for the respondent.

Mr. Boris Laishram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of

the appellant seeks adjournment of the case by stating that the learned

conducting counsel is presently under medical treatment and as such, a

prayer has been made for taking up this matter in the month of March.

Mr. Robert, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing

for the respondent submitted that he has no objection.
