[1] Present Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners.

[2] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State respondents submits that in terms of the earlier order dated 31.03.2026 about the clarification of the financial implications, he had sought for clarification from the State authority and the same is awaited.

[3] Mr. H. Kenajit, learned counsel for the LDA submits that he may be given some time to go through the materials on record and to distinguish the decisions cited by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
