Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel appeared on

behalf of the petitioner and submitted that unless the prayer for

passing interim order is considered by this Court, the present

petition will be rendered infructuous. The learned counsel,

accordingly prays for passing interim order.

Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the

respondent Nos. 1 to 5 submitted that this Court has earlier

considered the prayer for passing interim order and declined to

pass any interim order. However, an observation has been made

that the prayer for passing interim order will be considered after

the filing of the counter affidavit by the respondents.

The learned GA, further seeks two weeks' further time

for filing counter affidavit.

Page 1 As prayed for by the learned GA, list these cases again

on 05-05-2026.

It is made clear that in the event the respondents

failed to file their counter affidavit on or before the next date of

hearing, the prayer for passing interim order will be considered

again.
