MC(Cont.Cas(C)) No. 18 of 2026 has been filed for impleading the

following officers as respondent Nos. 6 to 9 :-

i) Shri Lamgin Singsit, Treasury Officer (Senapati)

ii) Rebek Lalparvul, Treasury Officer (Sadar Hills)

iii) Biju Keisham, Treasury Officer (Chandel)

iv) Lucy Haokip Luthang, Treasury Officer (Churachandpur)

Page 1 It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner that impleadment of the above named four officers

are necessary as they are the concerned officers who are to comply

with the direction given by this Court.

In view of the above, let notice be issued upon the above

named four officers, returnable within three weeks.

Writ petitioner is to take steps for service of notice upon

the above named four officers by way of speed post service. Steps

should be taken within one week and Petitioner is to file an affidavit

showing proof of service of such notice.

List these cases again on 18-05-2026.
