This Court is informed that SLP(Civil) Diary No. 17451 of 2024

(The State of Manipur & Anr. Vs. The All Manipur Public Health Engineering

Department Workers and Employees Organisation, Manipur) arising out of

judgment dated 03.05.2023 in W.A. No. 48 of 2018, is pending in the

Hon'ble Supreme Court and there is stay of further proceedings in contempt

petition before the High Court.

Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 10.07.2024 in this

regard, as placed before this Court, is as follows:

Stay of further proceedings in the pending contempt petitions before the High Court."
