Athoi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment & order dated 05.02.2024 passed by this in WP(C) No. 951 of 2022 and that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the said judgment & order.

Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents, seeks 2(two) weeks' time to peruse the said writ petition and to find out whether the said judgment & order has been challenged by the State Government by filing an appeal.
