[1] Ms. Anandita Chanu, learned counsel for applicant is before us in the physical Court.

[2] Captioned Miscellaneous Case(MC) has been filed with a condonation of delay(CoD) prayer qua 7(seven) days delay in filing matrimonial appeal assailing judgment/order dated 18.10.2025 in Matrimonial(Divorce) Case No. 132 of 2019 on the file of learned Family Court.

[3] Adverting to MC petition more particularly paragraph 6 thereat, learned counsel submitted that the time consumed in MC applicant obtaining legal advice and discussion besides manner in which MC applicant is circumstanced caused the delay.

[4] Issue notice to respondent, returnable by 03.02.2026. Dasti notice permitted.
