11.04.2025 (D. Krishnakumar, C.J) :

[1] Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel, appears for the applicant;

Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel, appears for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. H.

Debendra, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Dimal Kumar Haobam,

learned counsel, appears for the State respondents.

[2] The present miscellaneous application has been filed by the applicant

praying as follows :

"In the premises aforesaid it is most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may be pleased to:

i. Pass an appropriate or direction thereby providing further time extension of at least 3 (three) months from the day of passing of the order in the instant Misc. Case in order to enable the present Applicant-Board to fully comply with the directions issued in the common judgment and order dated 02.12.2024 in the connected Writ Appeal.

ii. Pass any other order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit."

[3] Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has made some

objection to the prayer of the applicant.

[4] However, considering the request made by the applicant, further 2

(two) months' time is granted to the applicant for compliance of the directions

passed by this Court. It is made clear that no further time will be granted to the

applicant.

[5] With the above observation, the present miscellaneous application is

disposed of.
