the learned GA seeks 2 weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
Ms. Rinika Maibam, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed
of by issuing a simple direction to the authority to take necessary
action in terms of the direction given by the Hon'ble Apex Court in
its judgment and order dated 17.03.2023 passed in Civil Appeal No.
8836 of 2022.
The submission of the learned counsel will be considered
after filing of the counter affidavit.
