Malemleima, learned counsel appeared for the appellant and submitted

that the State Government has filed two separate reviews challenging

the judgment and order impugned herein. In view of the above, learned

senior counsel prays for taking up this matter after three weeks.

Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned GA appeared for the

official respondents and Mr. L. Sevananda Sharma, learned counsel for

the respondent No. 1 endorsed the aforesaid submission made by the

learned senior counsel.
