petitioner.

Issue notice, returnable within three weeks.

Mrs. RK. Emily, learned Deputy Government Advocate entered

appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, hence, no

formal notice is called for.

It has been submitted by Ms. Rinika Maibam, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 22.11.2021 passed by this

Court in WP(C) No. 73 of 2019 and WP(C) No. 26 of 2018 and that the

present writ petition can be disposed of by granting similar reliefs.

Mrs. RK. Emily, learned counsel seeks some time to go through the

record and verify the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

As prayed for, list this case again on 28.03.2023.
