[1] Heard Mr. O. Chittaranjan, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA for the respondents.

[2] Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA for the respondents

represented that against the two appeals in LA. App.No.1 of 2022 and

LA. App.No.1 of 2021, the State respondents also filed two appeals

with condonation of delays in MC(LA.App)No.9 of 2023 and LA. No.1

of 2023 against the two judgments. Therefore, he prayed this Court

that these matters may be clubbed along with MC(LA.App)No.9 of 2023 and the similarly connected appeal in LA. App. No.1 of 2023.

[3] Therefore, post these matters alonwith LA. App.No.1 of

2023 and MC(LA. App.)No.9 of 2023 as first item on 13.03.2023 for

orders.
