Mr. Th. Vashum, learned Government Advocate, appears for the

applicants. Mr. T. Rajendra, learned counsel, appears for all the respondents,

except respondent No. 29. He states that he would be filing an affidavit-in-

opposition to this condone delay petition during the course of the day. He further

states that respondent No. 29 died even before the judgment in the writ petition

was reserved.

Both the learned counsel seek time to ascertain the status of the

judgment in so far as the deceased respondent No. 29 is concerned.
