Heard Mr. P. Tomcha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Issue notice, returnable within 3 (three) weeks.

Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel accepts notice on behalf of

the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned GA accepts notice on

behalf of the respondents No. 2 & 3, hence, no formal notice is called for.

It has been submitted by Mr. P. Tomcha, learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner that despite dismissal of the Criminal Revision Case No. 8 of

2021 by the learned Sessions Judge, Imphal West, certain directions had

been given by the learned Sessions Judge, Imphal West, as contained in

Para 9 of the impugned judgment and order dated 30.10.2021,which is not

permissible at all. Accordingly, the learned counsel prayed for passing an

interim order for staying the operation of the directions given at Para 9 of the

impugned judgment and order.

Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel submitted that he is yet to

receive a copy of the present criminal petition and the learned senior counsel

prayed for granting some time for hearing of the prayer for passing interim

order.

As prayed for, list this case again on 07.02.2022 for consideration of

the prayer for passing interim order and in the meantime, the observations

and directions given by the learned Sessions Judge, Imphal West as

contained in Para 9 of the impugned judgment and order dated 30.10.2022

shall remain stayed till the next date.
