Heard Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned GA appearing for the respondents.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this

Court, the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit, however, the learned GA

submitted that the said additional affidavit is not found on record.

In view of the above, the learned GA prayed for taking up this matter

on 25.02.2022.

Prayer is allowed.

List this case again on 25.02.2022. In the meantime, Mr. H. Samarjit,

learned GA is directed to examine as to whether the present writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 15.11.2021 passed by this

Court in WP(C) No. 730 of 2018 as submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioner.
