This is an application filed by the applicant/petitioner praying for rectification of the error crept in direction (e) of the judgment and order dated 31-8-2021. Since the mistake is of this Court, the application stands allowed with the direction that the expression "interest @ Rs. 6/- per annum" be read as the expression "interest @ 6 per cent per annum". This order shall form part of the judgment and order dated 31-8-2021.

The name of Shri S. Suresh, learned ASG shown in the judgment and order dated 31-8-2021 shall be read as that of Shri S. Samarjeet, learned CGC.

Copies of this order shall be sent to the counsel appearing for the parties through their WhatsApp/e-mail.
