Heard Mr. Th. Modhu, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant.

Notice to the respondents, returnable on 17.11.2021.

Steps shall be taken for effecting service of notice upon the

As it is stated that execution proceedings have already been

instituted, there shall be stay of the judgments and decrees in the first appeal

as well as in the original suit till the next date of hearing. The stay is granted
