15-03-2021 Heard Shri S. Biswajit Meitei, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

During the course of hearing, it has been submitted by him that the grievances of the review petitioner are in respect of the operation of the judgment and order dated 19-02-2021 relating to the writ petitions being W.P. (C) No. 685 of 2020 and W.P. (C) No. 31 of 2021. But on perusal of the prayer made in the review petition, all the writ petitions have also been mentioned meaning thereby that the judgment and order dated 19-02-2021 is being questioned as a whole.

In view of the above, it has been prayed by him that he may be permitted to file an application for modification of the prayer made in the review petition.

Prayer is allowed and let him do the needful within two days and list the review petition on 19-03-2021 along with the application for modification, if duly registered by the registry.

Copies of this order shall be sent to the counsels appearing for the parties through their WhatsApp/e-mail.
