On 05-03-2020, this court passed an order, second portion of the order reads as under -

"No further adjournment shall be granted on the next date. In case the learned counsel appearing for the respondents are unable to make submission on the next date, an appropriate order will be passed and if required, the judgment and order may be reserved".

But in view of the Covid-19 pandemic, further hearing of the case could not be continued.

List the matter on 15-03-2021 for further hearing emphasizing the said portion of the order.
