Heard Mr. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the

applicant and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned PP appearing for the respondents.

The present application has been filed for modification of

judgment and order dated 17.09.2019 passed by Mr. Justice M.V Muralidaran

in Bail Application No. 19 of 2019. Since the present application has been

filed for modification of aforesaid judgment and order passed by Justice M.V

Muralidaran, I am of the considered view that it will appropriate to place this

matter before Mr. Justice M.V Muralidaran for his consideration.

In view of the above, let this matter be listed before Justice M. V.
