This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for allowing him to add the confirmation order dated 25-06-2021 as Annexure - A/4 to be questioned in the writ petition and also praying for quashing it. Since there is no any objection from any angle, the application stands allowed and accordingly, the prayer in the application shall form of the writ petition.

Registry is directed to incorporate the same in the writ petition.
