                                                        ORDER

Dr.K.Santhakumari is present today. She seeks time to file a counter in

the applications.

2. In the meantime, it is represented by Ms. V. Kamala Kumar that the

child’s passport and visa have not been extended on account of the non-

cooperation of the father.

3. Dr. K. Santhakumari vehemently opposes the said statement.

4. Be that as it may. As of today, the child neither has a valid passport nor

a valid visa to continue to stay in this country. It is an extremely unfortunate

situation that the child has been rendered stateless on account of the custody

battle between the father and the mother.

5. Dr. K. Santhakumari shall get instructions from the applicant as to

whether he is willing to sign and process the necessary papers to restore the

status of the child, as well as make payment to the Foreigners Regional

Registration Office (FRRO) Office in India.

6.Call this matter on 27.05.2026.
