COMMON ORDER
OA No. 455 of 2026 has been filed seeking an order of Interim Injunction
restraining the respondents 9 to 43 from conducting the Managing Committee
Meeting scheduled to be held on 15/05/2026, pending disposal of the suit.
2.O.A.No.456 of 2026 has been filed seeking an order of interim
injunction restraining the respondents 9 and 21 from interfering into the day to
day affairs, control, management and financial transactions of the 1 st
Respondent Society and of the Chettinad Vidhyasharam School, pending
disposal of the suit.
3.Heard both sides.
4.Considering the submissions mades on both sides, there shall be an
order of interim injunction in O.A.No.455 of 2026, restraining the respondents 9
to 43 from conducting the Managing Committee Meeting scheduled to be held
on 15/05/2026, pending disposal of the suit. In O.A.No.456 of 2026, there
shall be an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents 9 and 21 from
interfering into the day to day affairs, control, management and financial
