ORDER
Mr.J.Ravindran, learned senior counsel, in his leave application
took the attention of this Court through the orders passed by this Court in
O.S.No.247 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025, where the Division Bench of this
Court has passed the following order.
“6. Since this Court has now appointed a retired Judge of this
Court as administrator, there shall not be any suit or the proceedings
before any Subordinate Court interfering with the smooth functioning
of the Hon’ble Administrator as per this Order.”
2. In view of the above, the Subordinate Courts lack jurisdiction
pursuant to the orders of this Court. Hence, this application seeking leave
to sue is ordered.
3. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order
and list the same for admission on 14.05.2026.
