2. The case of the prosecution is that due to prior enmity, the

accused abused the de facto complainant in filthy language, inflicted

injuries by assaulting him and also threatened him with dire

consequences. Hence the case.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner is innocent and a false complaint has been given against the

petitioner due to prior enmity. He also submitted that the petitioner is

ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this

Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for

the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for the

grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He further submitted that the

injured was discharged from hospital.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and

the nature of the allegation and further taking note of the fact that the

injured was discharged from the hospital and the custody of the petitioner
