                2011 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Erode and consequentiality grant
                1/3 share in the suit property.

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the decree and judgment dated 03.12.2014 passed in AS No.53 of 2014 by the learned Principal Sub- ordinate Judge, Erode confirming the preliminary decree and judgment dated 17.01.2014 passed in OS No.143 of 2011 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Erode and consequentiality grant 1/3 share in the suit property.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this second appeal and also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending petition(s), if any, is/are closed.
