2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.03.2026 at about 22.45 hours,

the petitioner had trespassed into the Lok Nivas bungalow situated at Beach

Road, Puducherry on the side entrance gate of the building and that he had

threatened the security officials and scolded them with filthy language. Hence,

the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner

is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit

that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 10.03.2026 and is ready to

abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed

for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the

respondent, while opposing the grant of bail, reiterated the prosecution case and,

on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents and that the

investigation has already completed.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the period of

incarceration undergone by the petitioner, the fact that the petitioner has no bad

antecedents, and also the fact that the investigation has already been completed,

this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail with certain conditions.
