                     22.01.2024 and waive the pre-deposit condition imposed on the
                     appellant.

                                                           JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the

fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2023 on the file of Labour

Court, Salem dated 22.01.2024 and waive the pre-deposit condition

imposed on the appellant.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the

appellant has deposited the amount ordered by the respondent. An

endorsement is made to this effect by the learned counsel for the

appellant.

3. Recording the said submissions and based on the

endorsement made as mentioned supra, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal

stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
