                 PRAYER
                 Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 438 r/w Section 442 of BNSS,
                 2023, praying to set aside the judgment made in M.C.No.14 of 2023 dated
                 17.02.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee.

                                                              ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the judgment made in

M.C.No.14 of 2023 dated 17.02.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate

No.II, Poonamallee.

2. Both the parties appeared before this Court along with their respective

counsels.

3. As per the Joint Compromise memo, in view of the settlement arrived

at between them, the respondent has agreed to withdraw the maintenance

proceedings initiated against the petitioner. In terms of the settlement, she has

received a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- by way of Demand Draft today. The remaining

terms and conditions of the settlement shall be acted upon by filing the

necessary petition for mutual consent before the concerned Court.

4. The Joint Compromise Memo, dated 06.11.2025, shall form part of this

order. In case of any deviation from the terms of the compromise, the case shall

stand reopened.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
