COMMON ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the order of the
Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram, dated 02.03.2007 in E.P.No.66 of 2005
in O.S.No.79 of 1981.
2.The Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree made
in A.S.No.105 of 1996 dated 21.04.2005 on the file of the Additional District
Fast Track Court Ramanathapuram in confirming the judgment and decree
dated 22.04.1996 made in O.S.No.79 of 1981 on the file of the Sub Court,
Ramanathapuram.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel
for the petitioners in the civil revision petition and the appellants in the
Second Appeal, submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings
before this Court, the issue between the parties has been amicably settled.
Hence, nothing survives in the civil revision petition as well as the second
appeal.
