COMMON ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, J.]
Learned counsel for the review petitioners would mainly contend
that the review petitioners herein were the first respondents in the writ
appeals in W.A.(MD) Nos.1039, 1040 & 1041 of 2017 respectively and they
purchased the land belonged to the respondent – Co-operative Society.
Therefore, they would not have been implicated as parties in the case on hand.
2. However, these aspects were elaborately considered by this
Court in the context of the order passed by the Registrar, Co-operative
Societies. Therefore, re-adjudication of the said merits of the case need not be
undertaken in a review proceedings. The review petitioners have failed to
made out any error apparent warranting interference of this Court in exercise
