                                                         JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.)

Challenge is to the order of the writ court in W.P(MD)No. 18663 of 2022.

The said writ petition was disposed of along with similar writ petition by a

common order dated 02.03.2023.The appeal filed by the Corporation against

W.P(MD)No.1147 in W.A(MD)No.1240 of 2023 came to be dismissed on

13.09.2023 and hence, this writ appeal is also dismissed. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
