Since the appeal in A.S(MD)No.197 of 2015 was already

dismissed as abated on 05.09.2024, the present Cross Objection has to be

dealt with independently. Accordingly, the Cross Objection is posted

today for disposal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the cross objectors would

submit that he has no instructions from his clients.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel

appearing for the cross objectors, the Cross Objection is dismissed for

non-prosecution. No costs.
