This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge

in W.M.P.No.21148 of 2024 in WP No.14599 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the writ petition

itself has been disposed of. Therefore, nothing further survives for

adjudication in the present appeal.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel

for the appellant, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. There

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.19443 of 2024 is

closed.
