Captioned 'Original Side Appeal' ['OSA' for the sake of brevity

and convenience] has been listed under the cause list caption 'FOR

WITHDRAWAL'.

2.Ms.V.Nithyasri of M/s.S.Ramasubramaniam & Associates

(Law Firm), who is before this Court, seeks leave of this Court to

withdraw the captioned OSA saying that the matter has been settled out

of Court and counsel has instructions from the appellant to withdraw the

appeal. Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case

file and a scanned reproduction of the endorsement is as follows:

3. Learned counsel reiterates the aforementioned endorsement.

4. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned OSA is
