                                                            JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.]

The Writ Petition and the Writ Appeal are abuse of process of Court.

Admittedly, the appellant has borrowed money from the Bank and action has been

initiated under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and

Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. The property of the appellant has been sold. The appellant has

challenged the sale before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and has lost in the said

proceedings. Thereafter, the appellant seeks details regarding the bidders in the

auction and other details. This is wholly unnecessary.

3. As rightly observed by the learned Single Judge, it is only an attempt

by the appellant to harass the Bank and it's officials. Hence, this Writ Appeal is

dismissed. No costs.
