                                                     JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal is filed to allow this appeal and acquit the

appellant from all the charges by setting aside the impugned judgment passed

by the learned Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act cases cum Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District Camp at Srivilliputhur in

Spl.C.C.No.46 of 2014 dated 27.08.2019.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the

appellant is reported to be dead. Legal representatives are not brought on

record. There is no representation for the appellant, since learned counsel for

the deceased appellant stated that he has returned the bundle when the

appellant was alive.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
