                                      COMMON JUDGMENT

SA(MD) No.573 of 2024 is filed as against the

Judgment and decree passed by the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, in

A.S.No.60 of 2017, dated 13.09.2023, reversing the judgment and

decree rendered by the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur,

in O.S.No.156 of 2009, dated 31.03.2011.

2.SA(MD) No.574 of 2024 is filed as against the

Judgment and decree passed by the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, in

A.S.No.73 of 2019, dated 13.09.2023, confirming the judgment and

decree rendered by the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur,

in O.S.No.156 of 2009, dated 31.03.2011.

3.Today (29.10.2024), when these second appeals are

taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeals and he has

also circulated a letter, dated 28.10.2024 to that effect.

4.In view of the same, these Second Appeals are

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
