ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd Respondent to grant patta
in his favour in terms of the judgment and decreed dated 31.01.2024 made in
O.S.No.117 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ariyalur.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that his title has been declared by the Civil
Court by judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.117 of 2015 on the file of the
District Munsif Court, Ariyalur.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional
Government Pleader who takes notice for the Respondents 1 to 3, on written
instructions, submits that the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.117 of 2015
has been challenged by the 3rd Respondent in First Appeal in A.S.SR.No.30 of
2024 on the file of the Sub-Court, Ariyalur.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional
Government Pleader, the findings rendered in O.S.No.117 of 2015 has not
attained finality. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the
Respondents at this stage. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
