Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Forest Uniformed Services and

2.We are not inclined to entertain this writ appeal for several reasons.

Firstly, it has been filed challenging an order passed in Review Application

and no valid appeal has been filed as on date challenging order dated

12.04.2019 passed in WP.No.9341 of 2019.

3.On merits, learned counsel would circulate decision dated 26.09.2023

of the Division Bench of the Madurai Bench of this Court in

WA(MD)No.1058 of 2022 to the effect that a provisional First Aid Course

Completion Certificate (FACCC) that had expired was valid, as it has been

rejected solely on the ground that a final version of the certificate had not

been issued and in the absence of any allegations that the individual did not

possess the qualification, had not undergone the course or that the certificate

was bogus or incorrect.

4.This writ appeal is hence dismissed. No costs. Connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
