                  Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed to struck down the petition in

R.E.A.No.1 of 2022 in R.E.P.No.60 of 2021 in O.S.No.19 of 2016 on the

file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvannamalai. The

petitioners are the judgment debtors in the above said E.P.

3. On perusal of the records, it appears that E.A.No.1 of 2022 was

filed by the decree holder for an order of delivery under Order 21 Rule 35

read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. It appears that

the order of delivery was passed by the Execution Court as delivery is

ordered.

4. Recording the abovesaid observations, this Civil Revision Petition

stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently,

connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
