Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying
to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records connected with the
impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.1369/A5/2020, dated
13.03.2020 and to quash the same.

ORDER
The instant Writ Petition has been filed against the impugned order of
suspension dated 13.03.2020.
2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the
learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on
instructions from the Chief Educational Officer, dated 16.10.2024, had
submitted that there was a Sessions Case against the petitioner in Crime No.9
of 2020 under the POCSO Act and the petitioner was arrested on 12.03.2020.
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents
would fairly submit that in the Sessions Case, the petitioner was convicted and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
sentenced to undergo imprisonment for 36 years vide Judgment dated
21.02.2024 and to pay a fine Rs.70,000/-.
3.Therefore, in view of the orders passed against the petitioner, nothing
survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Further, there are no
ground to challenge the suspension order.
Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate,
this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous
Petitions are closed. No costs.
