                                                    ORDER

The review application has been filed by the third party to

review the order, dated 14.03.2001 passed by this Court in S.A.No.1903

of 1985.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

appearing for the review applicants would submit that subsequent to the

filing of the execution petition, the said petition was dismissed against

the decree holder in the Second Appeal and hence prays that nothing

survives for further adjudication in the Review Application.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel

appearing for the review applicants, this Review Application is closed as

infructuous. No costs.
