COMMON JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the plaintiff in both the suits seeks permission
of this Court to withdraw the suits and also made an endorsement to that
effect. The learned counsel for the contesting defendants have also not
raised any serious objections for the withdrawal of the above suits by the
plaintiff.
In view of the same, the suits are dismissed as withdrawn. No
costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
