PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the
respondent No.1 to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against the
petitioner in connection with the Crime Number 14/2019 on the file of
the 2nd respondent, consequently direct the 1st respondent to communicate
the order of lifting of travel restriction imposed in pursuant to about said
Look Out Circular to the 3rd Respondent, otherwise the petitioner will be
prejudiced.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a
direction to the respondent No.1 to withdraw the Look Out Circular
issued against the petitioner in connection with the Crime Number
14/2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent, consequently direct the 1st
respondent to communicate the order of lifting of travel restriction
imposed in pursuant to about said Look Out Circular to the 3rd
Respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned
Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that
the case against the petitioner in (Cr.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the
second respondent) C.C.No.71 of 2021, on the file of Judicial Magistrate
Court, Pattukottai has ended in acquittal as per the Judgment, dated
07.08.2023. Hence, the first respondent will issue suitable instructions to
the third respondent to revoke the Look Out Circular issued against the
petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition
stands closed. The first respondent is directed to issue suitable
instructions to the third respondent in this regard, who in turn, shall
recall the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner within a period
of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
