                                                         JUDGMENT

Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks

leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the authorities

concerned for redressal of his grievance. He has also made an

endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to

costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.10094 of 2024 is closed.
