                                                      ORDER

When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government

Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that

S.T.C.No.752 of 2018, which is sought to be quashed in the present

Criminal Original Petition, ended in acquittal vide Judgment dated

28.11.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the

present Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition

is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
