                 PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
                 issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to receive and
                 register the petitioner's sale deed for Survey No.614/1 situated in Kalappakulam
                 revenue Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District which comes under
                 the registration jurisdiction of the third respondent as per the contemplated
                 provisions of law.
