                                                         ORDER

Pursuant to the direction of the Court, the Inspector of Police,

EOW, Coimbatore, has filed status report stating that the examination of the

witness in C.C.No. 99 of 2010 completed and the matter is posted for

arguments on 16.08.2024.

2. In the light of the above fact, this Court finds that there is no

necessity to pass any further direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.IV,

Coimbatore, to expedite the trial since the trial is almost completed.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.

It is needless to state that the trial Court should pass appropriate Judgment in

due course.
